This printable set has different pricing (licensing) based on the average group size that will use it each year. The licensing fee only needs to be paid once (upon purchase), but it is based on the average size of the group that will use it each year.

For this license, “one family” means one family in one home. You may use the printed files with other people (like for handing out individual cards to encourage friends or classmates), but it doesn’t give you permission to share the file with other people, even if they are your extended family.
One School, One Parish, One Religious Education Program, or Another Larger Setting
One School, One Parish, or One Religious Education Program: $7.00
This is the option for you if you plan to use it in a larger group setting, a whole school, or a whole parish. However, this does not mean that you may share the digital file with everyone. The higher price with this option allows you to print out copies in larger quantities than would be typical for a family or single classroom.
With this option, however, you may share the file with other staff members that need access to this file to print for individual classes or groups.
